We are pleased to be able to resume routine dentistry including examinations and hygienist appointments. We sincerely apologise for the disruption caused by the Covid 19 pandemic which has caused major problems with the provision of dental care within the UK.
We hope that you and your families are all keeping well.
Our Castle Gate Dental Plan patients have had the benefit of their accident and emergency insurance which has remained active during lockdown. We have remained available to provide advice, analgesia and antibiotics and more recently the treatment of dental emergencies following the implementation of new practice procedures to all of our patients.
Thank you for bearing with us, we are doing our best to catch up with the provision of your dental treatment and routine appointments that have been delayed due to Covid 19.
Our Good News!
We are now open for examinations and hygienist appointments. We have a long list of patients who have had their appointments postponed so we will be in contact. Alternatively, if you are overdue for your examination and/or hygienist appointment please do give reception a call on 01453 542109 so that we can book you in.
As always it is our aim to provide you with high quality dental care in a caring and safe environment.
We look forward to seeing you all again within the practice – we may look a little different but we are still the same friendly team.
We are also planning a surgery refurbishment early September – improving our facilities to allow us to see more of our patients in a timely way. (This will mean some disruption for a few weeks during the works, but will be well worth it in the long-run).
Please be assured that patient safety is at the heart of what we do and that our practice is a very safe place to visit.
