We are just coming to the close of our third week of managing patients who have experienced dental emergencies and dental problems over the recent months.
We are continuing to work under restrictions and are advised by The Chief Dental Officer to identify and prioritise our patients to provide dental care to groups with the greatest need.
Therefore we will need to cancel all routine examinations and hygienist appointments that were booked prior to 23rd March 2020 when the practice closed due the Covid 19 pandemic.
We will be undertaking risk assessments and prioritizing patients and will be making contact the rebook your appointments as soon as we can.
PLEASE CONSIDER ANY ROUTINE APPOINTMENT BOOKED PRIOR TO 23RD MARCH 2020 AS CANCELLED.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption to the provision of our routine dental care. We will be following the guidance and will hope to see you for examinations and hygienist appointments as soon as we are able.
For our Castle Gate Dental Plan patient’s you continue to be covered by accident and emergency insurance and will be seen as a priority should you experience a dental problem. If you have any concerns please contact the practice.
